Marcelo holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering from ITESM in Monterrey, Mexico and an MBA from IPADE Business School in Monterrey, Mexico.

With melt shop operations management, supply chain management and a C suite perspective Jamie Hansen is our resident expert in EAF operations with extensive expertise in both the steel and carbon industries.
A well-known and respected veteran of the steel industry and its supply chain, Jamie’s experience includes operations management at North Star Steel, TAMCO Steel, and Charter Steel.
Prior to INBLIC Technologies, Jamie was Co-Founder and CEO of SANGRAF International, a global producer of Graphite Electrodes.
Jamie holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri and a Bachelor’s Degree in Physics from St. Olaf College in Northfield, Minnesota.

With his years of experience at AMI GE Fernando Martinez brings automation and control expertise to INBLIC Technologies. Fernando is well known in the steel industry, having been involved is the sales and installations of many of the EAF systems from AMI GE. When we talk about automation and optimization solutions for the steel industry, being a well-known reference worldwide.
Co-founder of AMI which in 2000 became a JV with GE. AMI GE is the leader in automation and control solutions for the steel industry. Prior to founding AMI, he worked for HYLSA (now Ternium). Fernando is passionate about technology and is an investor in a variety of technology companies.
Fernando holds a BSc in Electrical Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey, a master’s from Centro Panamericano de Humanidades, ACElectronic Design from Philips International Institute and AD2 from Instituto Panamericano de Alta Direccion de Empresas.
